As a co-founder of Journeys With PDA (no not that PDA!), Heather is a late in life diagnosed ADHDer and the mother of a teenage son with a suspected PDA profile. Having spent the past 15 years as an active duty military spouse, she and her family currently call the Metro-East area of St. Louis their home.
Kerissa is the co-owner of Journeys With PDA. She is the mother of 2 autistic kids. One with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profile. Kerissa came to realize that she is autistic after the diagnosis of both her children. She is passionate about advocating and educating others about the autistic experience and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profile.
She lives with her husband and two children in Montana.
